At Lila x Ayla, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
UK Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery — 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery — 1–2 working days (available at checkout)
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Free Shipping We offer free standard UK delivery on qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold is shown at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
International Shipping We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!
Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it straight away.
